Use of cookies
Cookie is a small file saved to the user’s computer while you access a website. What type of cookies does this site use?
– Technical cookies: they allow the user the browsing through a website, platform or application and the use of different options or services included on them, i.e. controlling the traffic and data transfer, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas on the site, remembering the elements included in an order, completing a purchase order, processing the application to subscribe or participate in an event, the use of secure elements throughout the navigation, storing content to distribute video or audio or sharing content through social media channels.
– Personalisation cookies: they allow the user to access the service with a series of general characteristics defined by default following certain criteria depending on the user’s device such as language, type of browser to access the service, the regional settings from which the service is accessed, etc.

Third-party cookies: the site of CádizenHarley can use third-party services to compile information with a statistic means of the user’s navigation habits on the site to be able to provide other services linked to the site’s activity and other on-line services.
In particular, this site uses Google Analytics, an analytic service for web provided by Google, Inc. with address in the US and Head Office in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, Carlifornia 94043. As a service provider, they use cookies to compile the information, included in the IP address of the user, which will be transmitted, processed and stored by Google under the terms specified on the site Google.com. Including the transmission of such information to third-parties for legal requirement or in case these third-parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
(To this respect the AGPD, Agency for Data Protection in Spain, as per its initials in Spanish, suggests the inclusion of each of the third-parties cookies and the details of such third-parties. For obvious reasons we have only included Google in this model and its use of Analytics for being the most extended and common one.)
